How to Return Your Order

How can I initiate a return?


Start by visiting our Returns Portal. You'll need to enter your Order Number and Postal Code from your Order Confirmation email. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

What should I do after completing the return form?


After filling out the form, select your preferred return method, download the returns label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at the nearest drop-off point.

How can I track my return?


Track the progress of your return via the Returns Portal. Tracking is available once your parcel begins transit.

How long will it take to process my refund?


Refunds are processed within up to 14 working days. You'll receive a confirmation email once it's done.


Returns Policy

Until when can I return my merchandise?


Merchandise can be returned up to 90 days from the parcel's despatch date.

What condition must the return items be in?


Items must be in their original condition, unworn/unused, with original tags and labels for the return to be accepted.


Important Information on Non-returnable Items

Can I return opened DVDs, video games, or pierced jewellery?


Opened DVDs, video games, and pierced jewellery can only be returned if they are damaged or incorrect upon receipt.

What about personalised items?


Personalised items are non-returnable unless they are faulty, damaged, or wrong. We are not responsible for changes in team rosters or badge designs after a replica item has been printed.

Are there items I can't return due to hygiene reasons?


Yes, products like underwear and swimwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, along with items likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly.


Refund Information

What happens if I return my order within 14 days?


If the full order is returned within 14 days, we'll refund all payments received, including delivery costs, except for supplementary costs if a non-standard delivery method was chosen.

What if I make a return after 14 days?


Returns made after 14 days but within the 90-day period will result in a refund excluding delivery charges, unless the items are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

How will I receive my refund?


Refunds are issued using the same payment method as the initial transaction, unless we've agreed otherwise.
