Placing Your Order


What items are displayed on your website?


We only show items that are in stock and available for shipping (except when shipped from the manufacturer). If it's not on the site, it's currently out of stock. Orders for out-of-stock items cannot be accepted.

How do I know which sizes are available for a product?


All available sizes for an item are listed on the product detail page. If a size is no longer available, it will be greyed out. We update our inventory daily to ensure the website reflects current stock levels.

What payment methods do you accept online?


We accept various online payment methods, which are listed at the checkout when placing an order.

Can I change the currency displayed on the site?


Yes, you can change the currency by clicking the appropriate currency symbol at the top right of the page. Prices will then be displayed in your chosen currency until you change it again.

Is it possible to amend an order after it's been placed?


If you need to change your order, please contact our Customer Services team immediately after placing it. We begin processing orders as soon as the confirmation email is sent, so prompt action is necessary.

What legal protections do I have as a customer?


Customers are protected by UK laws such as The Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994 (c. 35), and the Consumer Protection Act 1987 (c.43) Consumer Rights Regulations 2013. Details of your rights can be obtained from local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards offices.

How are taxes handled for purchases?


VAT/GST is included in prices for customers in the UK, European Union, Australia, Norway, and New Zealand. Children's clothing, exempt from UK VAT, is charged at 0%. Customers outside these countries may be subject to import duties or taxes upon receipt of their orders.

Our order process is secure, with all personal information encrypted during transmission. Complete all required fields carefully, then click the purchase button. We'll acknowledge receipt of your order via email and notify you once it's dispatched.
